Online Entries opened on October 3, 2025, for Rodeos 5-6

Online Entries Close-Monday, November 3, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

 

RV Reservation Call-in-Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. to Shelly Head, Rodeo Secretary, (386) 208-4777.  Same policy as last year will apply. The price is $60 for the weekend. It will be a first come-first serve basis until gone. I will invoice the $60 on your entry fee invoice. If you would like to camp together, then 1 person would need to call me, and I will invoice them for all requested sites. You will be responsible for your site/sites being paid for. If you decide you don't want or need the requested site or don't park in your RV spot, it will be your responsibility to sell to someone else. Sites are non-refundable.

Late entries taken until Friday, November 7, 2025, by 8:00 p.m. with a $50 late fee.

Callouts/draw outs deadline without fees being assessed Friday, November 7, 2025, by 8:00 p.m., any callouts/draw outs after this date/time, contestant is still responsible for fees, unless a signed veterinary release or doctor release on their official letterhead is emailed to the rodeo secretary.  Please see our ground rules, page 2 for complete information on Rodeo entries.

Entry fee invoices due by Monday, November 10, 2025, by 11:59 p.m. by ACH payment or a check mailed and received by this due date.
